Returns

• Initiation Period: Customers must initiate returns within 7 days of receipt.
• Conditions for Return:
  • If the customer doesn’t like the product, it should be returned immediately.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
• Ineligible Items: Sale or offer items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

• Initiation Period: Customers can exchange items within 7 days of receipt with an additional delivery charge.
• Conditions for Exchange:
  • Exchange requests are subject to the condition that the customer has received the original product and returned it in its original condition.
  • We will dispatch the new product for exchange upon receiving the returned item.

Sale or offer items are non-exchangeable.
