Refunds Policy
- Customers can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
- Items received damaged
- Items received in the wrong size or color
- Receipt of the wrong item
- Customers must confirm the product condition upon delivery and inspect items in the presence of the courier delivery personnel.
- Refunds for items returned in good condition will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the return.
Returns
- Customers must initiate returns within 7 days of receipt.
- If the customer doesn’t like the product, it should be returned immediately.
- All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with tags attached.
- Sale or offer items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Exchange
- Customers can exchange items within 7 days of receipt with an additional delivery charge.
- Exchange requests are subject to the condition that the customer has received the original product and returned it in its original condition.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will dispatch the new product for exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If there is a delay or discrepancy in the refunded amount, please contact us at admin@shishu.store for assistance.

Sale or offer items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Region: Bangladesh
Delivery Timeline: All over Bangladesh, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 10 days from the date of purchase.
